From spoken finding to finished inspection report

Problem

After every inspection, electrical inspectors spent a lot of time writing up reports by hand.

Solution

A voice-to-report system from Midman AI: the inspector speaks their finding as a voice note — speech recognition and AI text generation automatically turn it into a fully formatted Word inspection report, integrated into existing workflows.

Result

Halved effort per report — report creation is now 50% faster.

Reply drafts that are already waiting in the inbox

Problem

The management inbox fills with customer enquiries, appointment requests, invoices, newsletters and platform notifications, all mixed together. Everything has to be read, sorted and answered — usually in the evening.

Solution

An email assistant that keeps reading the mailbox, sorts every new email into one of seven categories and, for customer enquiries and appointments, places a reply draft in the recipient’s own style directly in the right thread. The system cannot send; the access only allows reading and drafting.

Result

Important emails wait with a finished draft, the rest is pre-sorted. Email content is never stored, only category and timestamp.

Project · Electrical inspection firm in Central Switzerland

From a photo of the panel schedule to the finished test report

Problem

After every inspection, circuits, labels, cable sizes and protective devices are typed from the panel schedule or a handwritten sheet into the Excel test report — line by line, over several pages for larger sites.

Solution

The inspector photographs the sheet and sends it via WhatsApp. A vision model reads every line — including handwriting and crossed-out entries — and fills the firm’s Excel template 1:1: every column, in the same order as on paper. Anything uncertain stays empty and is flagged in the chat instead of guessed.

Result

The finished Excel file comes back into the same chat, on average a little over two minutes after the photo. In use since September 2026.

Project · Swiss sports platform

A sales ERP that makes suggestions every morning

Problem

A platform for last-minute free spots in sports classes needs providers: studios, instructors, clubs. Finding, assessing and writing to each one personally eats exactly the time that is missing for conversations.

Solution

A dedicated sales ERP with a map of Switzerland. At night it collects new providers from open map data, assigns them to categories and cantons and scores them. Every working day an AI round reads the websites of the best candidates and writes personal first emails and follow-up drafts. A guard checks that every detail in the email also appears on the source.

Result

Around 2,300 providers mapped, personalised drafts in the cockpit every working day, ready to send from the company’s own mailbox.

Our sales machine: AI researches, sales sells

Problem

Whoever sells has no time to research. Whoever researches never gets to sell. And cold emails without a concrete link to the business end up in the bin.

Solution

We built for ourselves what we sell. At night the system collects trade and inspection businesses from public directories, reads their websites and records evidence — on-call service, quote form, field team — each with a quote and its source. A rulebook in a single text file scores every business. In the morning the AI round writes one draft per business with exactly one matching offer and exactly one reference. The drafts are ready in the cockpit.

Result

Around 900 businesses on file, fresh drafts every working day, every reply flows back into the rulebook. Research and first contact no longer cost working time.
