What data we process
When you fill out the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, optional phone number, your message, and your answer to the question of how you found us. If you arrived on this website via a link carrying origin information (so-called UTM parameters, for example from a LinkedIn post), your browser keeps these values for the duration of your visit in session storage (not a cookie; deleted when the tab is closed) and sends them along with your enquiry. This serves solely to tell us which channel enquiries come from. The sole purpose of processing is to answer your enquiry. We keep this data only as long as necessary for that purpose and any applicable statutory retention obligations.
How form data is processed
Form data is received via our own infrastructure (server hosted by Hetzner, Germany) and delivered to us as an enquiry by email. This email is sent via Google (Gmail) and received via Microsoft 365. No data is passed on to any further third parties.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, with servers located in Germany. This means data is transferred to the EU — under Swiss data protection law, the EU is recognised as a jurisdiction with an adequate level of protection, so such a transfer is unproblematic.
No visitor statistics
We use no analytics tool, neither third-party nor self-hosted. No visitor statistics are collected and no cookies are set for statistical purposes. We only learn where an enquiry comes from if you tell us in the contact form or if you arrived via a link carrying origin information (see above).

Server log files
As is technically standard, our server automatically collects technical access data when this website is accessed (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser used). These log files are used solely for the technical security and stability of operations and are stored only briefly.

Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG), you have the right to request information about the data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form or by phone.
