In short

This website doesn’t use third-party cookies and therefore doesn’t need a cookie banner. We collect visitor statistics without cookies and anonymised, using self-hosted Umami Analytics. We use contact form data solely to answer your enquiry. This website is hosted by Hetzner in Germany.

Responsible party

Midman AI, sole proprietorship of Rafael Ferreira Midman, Carmelweg 3, 6313 Menzingen ZG, Switzerland. For data protection enquiries, contact us via the contact form or by phone at +41 76 621 24 65 .

What data we process

When you fill out the contact form, we process the details you enter: name, company, email address, optional phone number, and your message. The sole purpose of processing is to answer your enquiry. We keep this data only as long as necessary for that purpose and any applicable statutory retention obligations.

How form data is processed

Form data is received via our own infrastructure (server hosted by Hetzner, Germany) and delivered to us as an enquiry by email. Email is received via Microsoft 365. No data is passed on to any further third parties.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, with servers located in Germany. This means data is transferred to the EU — under Swiss data protection law, the EU is recognised as a jurisdiction with an adequate level of protection, so such a transfer is unproblematic.

Visitor statistics

We use the self-hosted, open-source tool Umami Analytics for visitor statistics. Umami sets no cookies and collects no personal data that would allow individual visitors to be identified — analysis is anonymised and aggregated. Statistics data is not passed on to third parties.

No third-party cookies

This website uses no third-party cookies, no third-party tracking, and no advertising networks. That’s why this website doesn’t need a cookie banner.

Server log files

As is technically standard, our server automatically collects technical access data when this website is accessed (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser used). These log files are used solely for the technical security and stability of operations and are stored only briefly.

Your rights under the revDSG

Under the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG), you have the right to request information about the data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form or by phone.
